Property Values 

In order to protect our investors, we have always been extremely conservative with respect to property values. On all our mortgage investments, we base our decisions on the lowest home sale prices over the last 5 years.  

As shown on the Industry News page, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) post the Historic Annual Statistics showing the property values from 2012 up to 2025. The purpose why we always focus over the last 4 or 5 years up to today’s sales of very similar homes, is to confirm the lowest sale price for determining the property value.

Your Mortgage Investment will have at least 30% equity or more, based on the lowest home prices over the last 4 years
